He needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth in college ofc . He has put many miles on his Bronco and Koons Ford has kept it serviced and running. There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. It’s always seamless KEVIN BEASLEY is hands down the best Ford service advisor I’ve ever had. Although members of my family worked/work for Ford I hadn’t purchased one since 2012. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word. My wife and I visited Koons Tyson Toyota to test-drive a Toyota Highlander. We were greeted by Murtaza, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not pressure us. Murtaza informed us that there were no new 2026 gas-powered Highlanders available, but that there were two 2023 Highlanders on the lot, one of which was the color I wanted (silver). After test-driving it, we decided to buy it. The entire experience was pleasant, and I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle.

Got a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. Dwight tried to help me at first but he really sucked (would not recommend) Anywho I walked in and was helped by Ibaa super sweet lady, funny, charismatic, fair! Then Michael in finance took over, also really cool guy, super honest and didnt try to sell me BS he himself wouldn't get. Super welcoming environment kinda like we were already friends!
