He needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth in college ofc . He has put many miles on his Bronco and Koons Ford has kept it serviced and running. There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word.
