Koons Ford is a great place to buy a Bronco. The sales guy was super knowledgeable. The part where you have sit with the finance guy to actually sign all the paperwork was so much better than experiences at other dealers. I would definitely return to Koons Ford.

I recently visited the Koons Tysons Toyota showroom. I was greeted by Jason Harvey. I told him I was not ready to buy anything and was trying to educate myself on available options. Jason was fantastic. He asked me what I had in mind and then walked through the lot with me and patiently showed me all the Toyota models that met my criteria. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each model. He truly is an expert in every Toyota model and pointed out considerations that had not even occurred to me but were very relevant. He is hands-on, engaged, does not push you to make a decision and above all, he knows his cars and he guided me through my decision. He also helped me evaluate each model against other manufacturers that offered similar models. I left that day thinking about everything I had learned and returned the following day, after visiting other dealerships and not having a similar positive experience, to test drive a few models. I was surprised how quickly had grown to trust Jason, his judgement, and advice. I ended up purchasing a car from him on the second day. I have bought five cars in my lifetime, the last one from this dealership, and I must admit this purchase has been the most educational and pleasant experience. Thank you Jason - you truly are an expert and a great person and I love my Crown Signia Limited AWD.
